• Helped formulate and managed transition to Core Photography Team concept, establishing dedicated teams of photo director, photographer, and photo stylist assigned according to category of product. The teams can manage their time more efficiently by bundling similar projects and elevate the look of photos by providing a consistent creative team for each product category.• Received 100% approval by photography team on six leadership metrics in 2012 yearly survey by the Gelfond Group; the remaining three metrics were above QVC average• Managed and enhanced digital standards for qvc.com. Example: formed a team dedicated to jewelry photography and assigned team to draft technical and visual standards for jewelry photography. Reached consensus with sales, merchandising, web design, and creative direction teams.• Drafted and implemented day-of-shoot workflow and chain of command.
