Worked multiple contracts as a Project Manager for Enaxis.Took over troubled project to with the objective of rolling out intranet sites for various Communities of Practice within Chevron. - Managed proof of concept design, build and assessment of both an internally developed and a SharePoint solution using an offshore development team.- Managed a group of internal Chevron employees responsible for meeting with Community of Practice leaders to demo our solution and gather requirements used to build their site.- Assisted Community of Practice members in assisting with data/information gathering for their sites. - Took over the project summer of 2013 with the mandate that we have 25 Community of Practice templates available by Christmas. The technical solution wasn’t ready for deployment until September. We successfully had more than 25 templates created by our deadline, exceeding the metric. When I transitioned my role in May 2014 we had more than 60 additional Communities of Practice signed up wanting to deploy our solution.Performed contract review and analysis for Marathon Oil as they were looking to upgrade their wireless field network. Met with stakeholders to assess their needs and reviewed other options in addition to what was initially proposed, to ensure the contract terms and solution to be implemented met the needs of the organization.Assisted Marathon Oil with hosting a two day workshop to assess the maturity of their internal SharePoint use and development, as compared to 15 of their peers in the oil & gas industry.- Created a survey and worked with SharePoint Administrators from 15 mid-market oil & gas companies to understand their level of SharePoint maturity versus where they eventually wanted to be.- Prepared presentation analyzing the data from the survey responses that was presented at the workshop.
