My journey has been one of overcoming challenges, and pre-empting and adapting to change.I founded Course Finder Group (previously The Career FAQs Group) in 2005 and recently returned to lead the team with a singular focus on re-growth through innovation. Today, Course Finder Group encompasses three mature, market-leading course comparison websites: CourseFinder, StudySelect, and CareerFAQs. Collectively, they deliver a lead-generation platform for tertiary partners and offer students a comprehensive range of online and on-campus courses from top-tier university, VET, TAFE, and skills-based providers, coupled with an array of valuable, practical career resources.Since April 2022, my focus on conceiving and executing a range of critical growth initiatives has transformed the business across all key metrics. I have doubled our partner portfolio and course listings and this has resulted in an 8X revenue increase and consistent double-digit month-on-month growth for both top-line and bottom-line metrics.Under my stewardship, Course Finder Group has re-established itself as a frontrunner in Australia's domestic tertiary lead generation sector. By embracing emerging technologies and new growth and efficiency levers, I am confident in sustaining and amplifying this growth trajectory into 2024 and beyond. My role extends beyond strategy and growth; it involves fostering new provider partnerships, leading a skilled in-house team and contractors, and maintaining transparent, trusted relationships with our 20+ shareholders.Alongside my founding role at Course Finder Group, I am also a Founder of Longtail UX (LUX), and have played a crucial role in establishing and scaling this SaaS venture over the last 12 years. LUX is a SaaS scale-up with AU and international enterprise clients, including: Woolworths Group, Myer, Wesfarmers/Catch Group, Adore Beauty, Booktopia, Adevinta Group, GraysOnline, and Asoview (Japan). By connecting customers to products in just one click, with LUX Smart Pages, Longtail UX’s patented technology helps our blue-chip customer base to grow their online market share.My educational background includes an MBA from the AGSM, awarded in 2005.
