ValveSystems is a specialty equipment and engineering firm serving clients across the United States. The company provides engineered solutions to safely and effectively transport, separate, control, relieve, or measure liquids and gasses. Over a 5 year period we more than doubled average annual topline revenue and increased average EBITDA by nearly 2x. Beyond financial growth, my responsibilities included recruiting, training and managing the team on a daily basis and putting into place the organizational systems, processes and tools to sustain organizational health amidst the growth.

We're a financial consulting firm focused on helping low and middle income families afford college. We specialize in advising students through the process of becoming in-state residents at their prospective universities, finding affordable housing, part-time jobs and generally increasing their personal finance skills. So far, we've saved students an estimated $30 million.

Drove strategy and managed the execution of our successful efforts to double the number of teachers we were able to recruit, select, train and place in low-income Phoenix schools. In collaboration with ASU leadership, designed an award-winning masters in education. Led the strategy behind and managed execution of a grass-roots campaign resulting in $2million worth of funding for Teach For America in Arizona. Managed relationships with Superintendents, HR Directors and senior leaders within 12 school districts in Arizona to place teachers in low-income schools across the Phoenix metro area.

Managed a group of class advisors responsible for the design and delivery of a leadership development curriculum for 50 exceptional up and coming leaders at the University of Colorado in the state's most prestigious and selective college leadership training organization.
