Following acquisition of Suffolk Life by Curtis Banks, I led its integration and rebrand, establishing a new governance structure, aligning propositions, reorganising teams, and setting a clear trajectory for growth.

I led growth of Suffolk Life to record AuM and revenues, overseeing 300 employees across all functions.I worked closely with parent company, L&G, to deliver continuous value, and in 2015 was appointed in a dual role as Chief Commercial Officer of the L&G-owned Cofunds, where I led marketing, product and proposition across multi-brand and multi-channel P&Ls.

I held direct responsibility for end-to-end product management, implementing best practices in cost modelling that drove profitable performance of products, and leading implementation of third party investment solutions, Suffolk Life’s biggest driver of new business and entry into new market segments.

Following acquisition by L&G, and as a standalone entity, I led initiatives in organisational efficiency, digital transformation and partnerships as a key driver of business growth.Key programmes included a significant reorganisation for future-fit skills and capabilities, new governance framework for change management, integration of third-party platforms.
