Recruitment And Enrollment Counselor
Current- Support all stages of the full recruitment cycle: prospect, applicant, admit, enrolled- Meet in-person and virtually with prospective and admitted students and their guests to provide information about the school, admissions process, curriculum, and more. - Coordinate and implement all logistics for Guaranteed Admission Program and Preferred Applicant Track Program interviews- Proactive outreach to current and potential target markets to attract potential students.- Evaluate data and applicant credentials for first-year and transfer applications - Conduct call and email campaigns at various points in the admissions cycle- Represent the VCU Honors College at university admissions-sponsored special events.- Coordinate and execute on-campus recruitment and yield events: open houses, preview days, high school visits, information sessions, and other recruitment-related activities with prospective and admitted students.- Coordinate and execute high school and community college visits.- Serve as advisor to recruit, train, and manage the Honors College Student Ambassadors.- Coordinate the development of new recruitment techniques and events to reach more prospective and admitted students.- Collaborate with the Honors College communications specialist to create social media content and collateral pieces for our informational brochures, photo collection, and other publications. - Coordinate and implement Honors scholarship review and distribution process each cycle.
