 In charge of the design projects of Overseas Design Team, include design research, inspiration, sketching, modeling, rendering, presentation, mockup, follow up MD design and manufacturing process, supervise whole product schedule from design to market.  Define the CMF with client for smart phones, work with Painting Vender and technical supplier to achieve the CMF requirements. Manage design team, control design schedule and quality, lead the team to output design efficiently and highly finished. Communicate with overseas client directly to get the feedback and discuss the project issue then push the project forward. Coordinate with Overseas Sales Department to support their propaganda and meeting stuff for ID presentation.
