As a seasoned operations leader with 10 years of experience developing cleantech products, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with several of the industry's brightest minds. In doing so, I developed a niche set of skills that support hardware R&D and fast-paced operations, enabling me to deliver impactful results in rigorous engineering environments. This is what I love – digging into technical challenges with a talented team, pairing creative solutions with thoughtful execution, and introducing technologies that positively impact our planet.In my current role at Natel Energy, a sustainable hydropower company based in Alameda, CA, I focus on building technical programs critical to the development and deployment of its fish-safe hydro turbines. I specialize in Natel's manufacturing partnerships, bridging the gap between engineering, sales, and supply chain through a combination of technical expertise and programmatic savvy. Prior to Natel, I launched several R&D projects at Google [x] where I became a certified mariner, initiated early decarbonization efforts, and co-invented a floating photovoltaic power generation system. I hold a B.A. in business administration from the University of San Diego, enjoy repairing surfboards in my free time, and am excited to continue working towards a clean energy future.
