Growing up I was always the most competitive person in the family, always shooting for the first place spot. As I got older, that competitiveness has transformed into ambition to better myself and others around me. As a 21 year old, I find myself to be always driven and motivated to achieve my goals. I now have transferred that motivation into my current role at Vin Devers. At Vin Devers, I have pride in my knowledge of the product as well as the ability to form a relationship with the buyer. This makes the process smooth and painless for both parties. 2 years in this position has made me see great improvements in my social and business skills, as well as my knowledge of finance and other aspects of the sales cycle. On top of my role at Vin Devers, I also am a reservist in the United States Marine Corps. As an 0311 Rifleman, attention to the smallest details and orders is paramount. This responsibility also requires the highest level of teamwork and leadership skills to accomplish the mission. These two roles are vastly different from each other, but they share certain aspects such as teamwork. I use skills learned from each role to better myself and those around me. I strive to be a motivator and hustle for every little task, as it will do nothing but rub off on the people around me.
