I supported Booz Allen's Justice and Homeland Security Team, collaborating across Federal Agencies and commercial clients. My project portfolio encompassed diverse initiatives, from compliance audits and technical assistance to stakeholder engagement and interoperability communications programs.At undisclosed U.S. banking entities, I provided technical support for compliance audits, serving as a file remediation consultant, staff trainer, and recognized expert on FEMA NFIP.I collaborated closely with FEMA on crafting their internal H1N1 Plan, specifically leading the Reporting Annex. My role also involved providing senior-level guidance and steering the Hazard Mitigation Service Market within our company.I strategized and implemented an Engineering and GIS program specifically tailored for our Denver and Western U.S. offices, aligning it seamlessly with our operations in the Eastern U.S.One of my key achievements was spearheading talent recruitment and fostering staff development initiatives to bolster retention.
