My name is Will Simms, and I am a recent graduate with a degree in Public Relations from Kennesaw State University. I recently accepted a position as Product Marketing Specialist with UPS Healthcare. Through this role, I am able to understand all the amazing work UPS is doing in the Healthcare industry and improving my content creation skills through PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables. I completed a 10-month internship with York Public Relations, where I wrote press releases and handled social media for clients. I have held a job with Publix Supermarkets for a combined total of seven years learning how to provide premier customer service and teamwork. I have worked in both customer service and grocery, and I want to always be learning more, something I will bring to wherever I work. My time with The Walt Disney Company on the college program in Orlando, Florida helped me grow as a communication professional. Here I learned how to further my customer service skills at the highest standard and learned how to deal with products on a larger scale. I worked at the Boardwalk Resort and was fortunate to be promoted within the first few months to a role where more responsibility was presented before me. Among this, my responsibilities expanded to taking on the role of trainer, where I had to teach new hires how to properly complete the job. Through my job experience, I have developed strong communication skills, a hard work ethic, and a desire to learn every aspect of the job.
