Assistant Quality Manager 1. Supplier Quality Assurance ManagementManage the supplier audits, assessments and supplier performance measurement process; Drive proactive involvement of suppliers in new product development process in operation with development team, identify, mitigate and control quality risk of new product launch.2. Supplier DevelopmentClosely work with Sourcing to define and realize cost improvement for key suppliers with efficiency improvement (labor reduction, waste improvement, etc.)Facilitate and advocate product quality improvement through continuously process improvement.3. Quality Agreement and Complaint HandlingIdentify and agree with suppliers via quality agreement the quality criteria.Measure and evaluate product quality, and facilitate root causes analysis of project issues. Manage quality complaint process. Be responsible for root cause analysis and corrective action plan execution at supplier side.4. Outgoing Inspection ManagementManage the outgoing inspection team. Build up resource, train the people, manage cost, etc. Ensure inspection guideline and criteria in line with SQA approachIntegrated Project Leader 1. Project Schedule managementManage overall project schedule and make sure product launch to market within agreed milestone by Marketing Department.2. Project milestone managementManage and submit gate to steering team by agreed Business Creation Process (BCP). Follow up all outstanding issues between milestones.3. Stakeholder alignmentAlign different stakeholders such as Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, Technical, Design, Quality and Supplier in order to make sure all outstanding can be solved within designed milestone.
