Current• Plan, direct and oversee the marketing and business development initiatives within an organization. Responsible for engaging with the Inside and Outside Sales Force to promote our customized software solutions. Strengthen and build relationships with new and existing customers to gain market share. • Collaborate with leadership in developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s multiple unique markets and business objectives• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers of new and existing customers and media outlets; developing specific customer- relations programs• Collaborate and support information technology initiatives relative to marketing software solutions• Measure, assess, and optimize the effectiveness of strategic information technology solutions impacting customer base.
