I have accelerated the growth of Xiaomi fin-tech service in Indonesia exponentially. • Responsible for company formation and driving fintech client acquisition as well as up-sell programs for Mi Credit applications; Lead the team in acquisition of 30 new clients for revenue generation; • Identify governmental or affiliation opportunities to promote existing and new partnerships via public relations and media tactics; Maintain relationship with OJK, key financial groups, and local fin-tech peers; • Oversee integration across multiple partnership in payment gateways, SMS service provider, third party merchants in Indonesia with tangible outcome; • Coordinate with Product Management and Tech to support product launches, maximizing the reach and effectiveness of launch activities internally and externally; • Develop ongoing communication that helps to ensure company initiatives are adopted according to OJK and BI regulations in Indonesia; • Build Customer Satisfaction team to ensure effective follow-up of loan programs and tracking of opportunities; • Create and maintain marketing briefs that are shared with key stakeholders; provide concepts and pitch presentations for JV possibilities

In my position, I am responsible for the entire offline traffic acquisition for UC Allibaba in Indonesia. As coordinator of support from headquarter, and in concert with regional office, I have closed partnership with all local manufacturers. I work with, Offerslook, an entrepreneurial SAAS solution for affiliate network start-up companies, to act as their first salesperson, setting up sales strategy, CRM, target account lists, prospecting strategy, and social media presence. I then execute on that plan by hunting up to 200 prospects to secure meetings/demos.My role becomes “sales quarterback” to prospect, demo software and manage pipeline and proposals to move sales opportunities to close.
