After the completion of Masters Studies in 2012 from Liverpool Business School in UK, Will Teh was attached to one of the top private tertiary institutions in Malaysia in the sales and marketing department. During his years of service, Will won the first place in Best in Class Sales Award and the STAR Service Award. He was heavily involved leading project teams, conducting telemarketing, managing relationships with key accounts, planning and executing campaign to build brand awareness. Before embarking his journey as a corporate trainer, Will was a serial entrepreneur. Throughout the years of entrepreneurship, Will has raised close to half a million of funds through business pitching to public investors and state government. With his strong passion in promoting continuous improvement, Will actively involve in developmental projects. He has spoken to more than 10,000 youths in various youth seminars organized by secondary schools, youth organizations such as Leo and JCI. He was also selected as a trainer in “The Thank You Project 2017”, a CSR collaboration that brought leadership training seminars to schools. It was certified by The Malaysia Book of Records as having the largest participation of such a seminar ever held in the country. Will focuses on communication, leadership, interpersonal, service by utilizing the modern technology related courses that are engaging, and down to earth. Since 2013, Will is an active member of Toastmasters International, he had won numerous speech contests at various levels. This is the cradle that helps him hone his delivery skills. Currently he obtained the recognition as Advanced Communicator Gold and Advanced Leader Bronze. He has completed his Dynamic Leadership Path Level 5 too.
