Building on the Technical Manager role, my current responsibilities include all aspects of delivery of infrastructure survey projects. This includes managing and developing the survey team, managing internal and external stakeholders, developing innovative solutions to produce high quality deliverables from large scale projects and taking responsibility for project profit and loss.Projects have included a series of high profile worldwide challenges, including ground breaking projects in US and Australia, quality control checks in the Middle East and surface condition surveys in Europe. Current portfolio includes network structural surveys in UK, highways GPR surveys in US, trackbed surveys in Europe and network implementation in Africa

The role involved providing technical support and leading project teams through all aspects of project delivery from sales enquiry to final report.I had responsibility for developing best practice and verifying that high quality results were produced on all projects.
