As Vice President of Strategy, I serve as the key interface point between our four practices and the Executive Team to ensure that all activities in the organization are client-centric, with a key focus on supporting sales revenue and devising innovative ways to continually improve Partners operational efficiency and performance. I am also be responsible for identifying and executing internal improvement initiatives, including operational improvement, software implementation programs, branding & marketing, and developing new programs and services for all practices.

The Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is a nonprofit dedicated to safeguarding against the worst impacts of climate change by catalyzing the rapid global development and deployment of low carbon energy and other climate-protecting technologies through research and analysis, public advocacy leadership, and partnership with the private sector. I updated the CATF’s analytical models for possible methane reduction standards, including production projections, costs, and abatements, in order to provide recommendations to the EPA on how to meet its goal of of reducing methane pollution by 40-45% over the next decade.

Quaysource is a small, agile, internationally networked organization that provides Advisory & Development, Innovation & Insights, and Sourcing & Procurement services. At Quaysource I worked on a series of market entry strategy and business transformation projects in Asia and Australia. During a business transformation for a multi-billion dollar natural gas project, I was responsible for reducing development costs by 31% through the identification, quantitative analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives addressing key technical issues.
