I manage a team of project managers & engineers and a portfolio of technical product development projects for internal and client-facing needs. I may not have received my degree in engineering, but I have worked in a technical capacity for my entire career to drive results for clients. In fact, I regularly partner with clients to understand their highly specific needs and collaborate with the engineers to find the best options.I lead teams that are globally dispersed with a servant leadership approach.
