I was elevated to my present leadership role in the boutique manufacturing operations that partners with global distributors to create solutions for manufacturing projects core to commercial property development. In this role, I manage a portfolio of client-facing and internal projects to drive innovation in the operations. I work cross-functionally as the leader of the program to apply the client’s preferred project management model to their respective projects while developing the teams executing the initiatives. I was hired to the growing organization to manage the engineering and project management teams. In this role, I aligned multiple functions to develop project plans and coordinate execution to the established budgets and timelines. I also designed the stakeholder communications processes and led the regular engineering meetings to maintain project momentum in the process.
