Primary responsibilities include: - Representing Gibraltar Re and Lotus Re finance & treasury as part of multi-disciplinary transaction support teams established to bring business on-island - Researching novel issues as they pertain to transaction activity and liaising with relevant subject matter experts to evaluate potential solutions - Coordinating the production of all transaction business case materials required for internal management, the boards of both Gibraltar Re and Lotus Re and the Bermuda Monetary Authority - Establishing pre and post transaction impacts to company financial metrics including solvency, profitability and overall enterprise value to support senior management decision making - Liaising with other functional teams, notably Actuarial, Investments, Risk and Treasury across a number of ad-hoc and ongoing initiatives and projects

As part of my responsibilities I; - Assessed the financial and operational health of companies and projects to support acquisitions- Assisted in negotiations with the target company and its representatives based on the due diligence findings- Prepared comprehensive due diligence reports with all findings, analysis, and recommendations for key stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.

At the Assurance Centre of Excellence I worked with a broad and diverse range of international clients, where I gained exposure to businesses of varying sizes, industries and complexity. These included Banking, Construction and Institutional Investors. By applying specialist Assurance knowledge with a focus on Pensions Assets and Liabilities, Share Based Payments, and the Audit of Tax, I played a key role in improving the quality and efficiency of these audits.
