With Seattle being a new office, I assisted in the development of office staff and implementation of protocols that allowed Seattle to take on a high volume in a short amount of time while still maintaining the level of quality that clients expect. • As a Project Director, it was my responsibility to expand business with established clients as well as branch out and bring in new streams of business that aligned with Interstate’s capabilities. • Understanding each client’s needs and structuring each relationship with a plan based on meeting those needs was my main focus. • As a Project Director I served as the project’s point person both in communication and resources. Consultations which include a full analysis on the best cost and performance options for each specific project.
