The Netherlands Business Council UAE (NBC) serves as a platform for its members to network, foster, and promote business connections with like-minded professionals, business councils in the GCC region, and the Netherlands. NBC organizes a variety of activities aimed at enhancing business opportunities and supporting the Dutch business community in the region.As a non-profit local association under UAE law, the NBC operates under the umbrella of the Dubai Chamber. It is officially recognized by UAE authorities as the representative body for Dutch companies and individuals operating in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Cooperation 2020 was a project designed to engage with the 4,000 members of Royal FloraHolland. The initiative focused on understanding their motivations for membership, identifying shared values, and shaping the future of cooperative governance. Over the course of a year, we organized town hall meetings to foster meaningful discussions with members. My contributions centered on tariffs and international affairs.

Contributed as a student intern to various departments within the Mayesh Wholesale Florist chain, consisting of 15 locations and over 200 employees. Focused on the shipping department, implementing improvements in logistics and IT to optimize operations.

Coordinated the 21st Groninger Student Cabaret Festival, supporting aspiring professional comedians within the student community. As treasurer and ticketing manager, I played a key role in ensuring the event's success. The GSCF is unique in being entirely student-run, with primary funding sourced from private foundations, corporate sponsors, and the support of 3,000 enthusiastic attendees.

Conducted a comprehensive efficiency study on communication with Kenyan clients, resulting in annual cost savings for Flora Holland's Import Department communication expenses.
