I was a IT service engineer with a combined work experience of over 3 years including personal jobs. I have helped companies and individuals with a full range of IT related issues across the board.Some examples include: • As a systems and network engineer, I manage multiple physical infrastructures across multiple sites. This includes setting up and diagnosing an array of equipment such as desktops, laptops, projectors to servers and networking gears. • As a Technical Officer of Networks and Service Delivery, I assist in looking after the faults and network faults department, providing fault assessment to all customer using our services and hardware diagnostics.I personally enjoy discovering problems and providing insights to solutions and remedies to those problems.I love connecting with new people, you can contact me on willux.xu@gmail.com
