I am a Technical Specialist who has worked in the telecommunication industry since 2004, almost exclusively in the financial sector. I specialise in providing technical support and solutions for complex trading system projects for financial institutions. My technical and professional skills are supported by an understanding of interpersonal skills, which are vital in working with a wide variety of staff, third parties and customers. Currently a Product Specialist attached to BT Unified Trading Systems, providing Global support to distributors, agents and customers for a variety of trading floor specific products and solutions.I am Lead Specialist for the BT\Verint\Verba Recording solution and involved in the planning, designing costing and implementation of Large\Medium and Small projects globally. I regularly travel to various countries globally, where required to PM, troubleshoot and install various VR solutions integrating into several types of telephony platforms.I also provided technical expertise on a number of large complex Trading System Telephony projects from inception through to completion and post implementation support. Contributions have included planning, systems installation, commissioning, complex fault diagnosis, support documentation and technical support to project managers.
