I oversee all business functions of Xpogo LLC, our mission is to grow the sport of Extreme Pogo Sticking through 4 main activities: 1. Community and Athlete DevelopmentWorking alongside 2 part time staff and a team of 10 athletes we have achieved outsized success in growing this nascent sport, and delivering world class sports entertainment. - Performed stunt shows domestically and internationally at major venues, such as the NBA All Star Game and Playoffs, NFL, NCAA, NASCAR, Fortune 500 corporate events, and major state fairs. - Collaborated to create social media content with major action sports brands including GoPro, Dude Perfect, Braille Skateboarding, and Aaron "Jaws" Homoki- Integrated Pogopalooza into ESPN's The Ocho Day of alternative sports, helping produce an hour long, live broadcasted competition that has aired dozens of times on the ESPN family of networks- Strengthened relationship with Guinness World Records, being featured on international GWR TV shows, highlighted multiple times of International Records Day, and helping develop a full page pogo spread in the 2023 Guinness Book of World Records- Secured appearances and designed routines for America's, Canada's, and Britain's Got Talent, along with several other domestic and international TV shows. Worked with director Sean Anders to integrate Pogo Stunts into the Apple TV Movie Musical "Spirited" - Shifted the model for the Pogopalooza competition to be anchored in Pittsburgh, PA, developing a loyal fan base and following, from minimal prior awareness. - Grew @xpogo youtube following from 70k to 195k, Instagram from 20k to 74k, created TikTok and reached 415k followers

Oversaw all data related activities for a 2021 APA campaign to put forward a ballot initiative to end no knock warrants, and solitary confinement in Allegheny County, which successfully passed.• Created proprietary process for recording and validating over 65,000 voter signatures• Managed a team of 30+ data entry volunteers• Worked with executive director and campaign manager to refine campaign strategy to meet signature collection targets

Worked as a Managing Consultant in SCIP (Strategy and Change, Internal Practice), a ~60 person practice focused on providing strategy consulting to support all aspects of the IBM business. Served in a project manager role, with a specialization in data strategy and applying it to solve client business problems. Highlighted accomplishments: *Worked extensively with R, SQL Excel, SPSS and dashboarding tools to design and build multiple data management solutions in projects with IBM’s Marketing and Sales organizations* Developed and presented communications to VP and SVP level executives to integrate these data efforts into the company’s larger business strategy. * Worked as a project manager for traditional organization transformation efforts in IBM’s Marketing and Consulting divisions. *Contributed to a Corporate Citizenship whitepaper detailing how Non Profits can more effectively use data and analytics and managed the development of an accompanying digital experience which allows users to interact with key findings from the whitepaper. *Project managed multiple pro-bono data strategy projects as a part of IBM’s impact grant program for Non-Profits*Led the SCIP practice’s Cognitive and Data Science competency, developing initiatives to better enable our practitioners to learn about and develop data science skills, focusing on training in understanding technical skills and business applications for tools such as Advanced Excel, SPSS, R and IBM Watson Chatbots.

Guided campus wide tours for prospective students and their families. Recruited and informed prospective students about Carnegie Mellon, both by answering their emails and making informational phone calls to them.

Sports Director--As sports director for WRCT, Carnegie Mellon's student radio station I oversaw all sports related broadcasts and managed sports broadcasters. --During my tenure as Sports Director, the number of games covered by WRCT, the number of broadcasters on staff and the number of sports shows all increased by 100% or moreBroadcaster--Served as both play by play and color broadcaster for the majority of Carnegie Mellon's Football and Baketball games from 2009-2013--Served as the lead play by play announcer for Buggy--an annual Carnegie Mellon tradition with a viewership of over 1000. Have continued to announce as an alumnus after graduation.

Worked as one of 7 students who planned and organized Carnegie Mellon University's First Year Orientation program. Planned a week of programming for all ~1400 first year students with ~12 hours of programming a day as well as a week of training for 130 student volunteers. In addition to large scale planning of the week I specifically was in charge of the hiring and training process for our volunteer staff as well as assigning them to over 1000 predetermined tasks throughout the week.
