SR. PROJECT ARCHITECT/ PROJECT MANAGER:Participated with Principal in the initial meeting with owner negotiating project contracts, budget, and program. Team leader. Complete responsibility of creating project concept; provide design direction, lead the efforts through design studies development, design research, and design of custom FF&E - all within a collaborative team environment.
