Over the years I've worked in Human Resources and recruitment and selection. I work to find people who are engaged with their work, who don't wait for things to happen and who go after their goals and seek to grow with the companies they work for. I believe that through my work I can build a better, inclusive and respectful society. I have a degree in Psychology, an MBA in Human Resources Management and have worked in the human resources area for over 15 years, with experience in recruitment and selection, business partner, training and development, conducting internship programs, apprenticeships, Diversity and Inclusion, digital and cultural transformation, as well as developing HR and R&S policies and processes. During my journey, I learned to work with agile methodology, which brings great gains and visibility of the productivity of my work. I interfaced with technology teams, products and other corporate areas. I have also worked with R&S metrics, KPIs such as selection funnel, vacancy SLA, turn over, OKR, NPS, ENPS, recruitment and selection policies and processes. I'm always looking for opportunities where I can share my knowledge and apply it on a daily basis in search of excellence and always deliver the best results.
