My earth science (geological engineering) background has been my main asset for over ten years in the mining industry. I have experience and have been involved in technical aspects ranging from exploration, mining, and refining activities for several commodities. I have also managed the administrative completeness of the legal aspects of mining licenses by following the applicable regulations in Indonesia. During my career, I have often implemented and collaborated between disciplinary understanding, regulatory updates, and soft skills (such as leadership, teamwork, social interaction communication, negotiation, and career experience) to determine strategies to be used, such as development, due diligence, and problem-solving that companies often face. In the past five years, I was assigned as Chief Mine Officer (KTT- Excavator aided Hydraulicking & Alluvial Gold Dredge), Person in Charge of Engineering and Environment (PTL- Processing plant), and Research - Development Project. I like challenges and am more interested in something that is new.
