Steel Pipe Sheet Pile work of BSM Railway Bridge Construction Project WD2 package

- Monitor and review the master construction program- Monitor and supervise Engineers/foremen, and ensure compliance with the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.- Preparation of a detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.- Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with the Engineering team.- Preparation of detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.- Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments - Liaise with the Consultants on the structural works and technical department submission.- Plan all works on-site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material, and manpower requirement

- Working as an Engineering Staff under Site Engineering Manager on the project site.- Arranging Project Work Schedule on Ms Project, and breaking it down to both weekly and monthly Work Plan so that it could be monitored.- Providing Work Method Statements, making sure that it fulfills the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards and efficient for workers. Work Method Statements are sometimes presented to Client and Construction Management Consultant too - accordant to its importance.- Making sure that the Shop-drawings are accordant to the scope of works, applicable and handed to the Field Operational Team on time. - Providing Temporary Structural Calculation if needed (Tower Crane, Scaffolding, Form Work etc)- Coordinating with Stakeholders (Client and Construction Management Consultant) if any Technical Issues come up along the way.
