In December of 2013, I joined with business partners to acquire and run Inter V, a medical device distributor that serves Canadian hospitals (www.intervmedical.com). During this time I led day-to-day operations while we built a framework for double-digit growth. In September of 2014, Inter V was acquired by CHS, a Canada-based portfolio company of Cortec Group (www.cortecgroup.com), a New York based private equity firm with over $1 billion of capital under management. The combination of CHS and Inter V Medical provided more comprehensive solutions and complementary products to its customer base.
