I worked with Cat Dealers in the US to assist with the integration of under ground mining equipment to their product line. I preformed training as well as assisted in quoting and project management of complete machine rebuilds. I also worked with the dealers to establish time standards as well as standard parts list. Travel in the role was approximately 50%.

I quoted rebuilds and repairs and upgraded of under ground mining equipment. I also established standard bills of material and required labor hours for component repairs for the same equipment. I also provided engineering drawings to support updates of machines or customer specific modifications. I also provided and maintained the shop lay out drawings for.

Worked with customers to update or change underground mining equipment to suit the needs of the underground operation at the customers mine. I also provided plant layout drawings for machine layout and safety. Provided supervision and work instructions to rebuild mechanics. I was also the Network Administrator for the Pearisburg location.

Provided modified CAD drawings and sketches to rebuild mechanics and fabricators to assist in the rebuild of underground mining equipment.

Designed mounting and operating systems for Air Disconnect switches used in electrical transmission and distribution.
