In charge of developping "copier dealer" channel in various countries (2011, UK, Turkey and Eastern European Countries, then 2012, UK, South Africa, Lime and Lexmark Africa). The job is about driving and supporting the countries in setting up program, organization, processes and tools in order to grow the business profitably. In 2011, revenue grew +42% in the UK and tripled in Turkey. In 2012, 3 of the 4 countries I was in charge have shown the top 3 strongest year on year growth rate in all EMEA countries.

In charge of all pricing activities for Lexmark for EMEA including all divisions (BtB and BtC), all channels (Retail, Business Channel and Large Account) and all products (Hardware, Supplies, Services, Solutions). Leading a team of 15 people. Scope of responsabilities is $1.8B.

Location : Paris La Défense (Fra). Reporting to EMEA Vice President of the division. In charge of all finance activities for Lexmark consumer division including financial consolidations of EMEA P&L (17 subsidiaries), Opex, Cost control, as well as countries reporting and EMEA SOX business controls. Lead a team of 10 members. Scope of financial responsabilities was $700M.

Back from WW HQ in Lexington, KY, USA, this position was located in Orléans, France. Job was about controlling EMEA Lexmark logistical activities (inboud, warehousing, outbound, reverse logistic, order management). Controlled amount around $100M. First experience as a manager of 4 financial analyst. Participation and support in negotiation of logistic contracts with Geodis and Kuhne and Nagel.

Started with Lexmark in Orléans, France in March 97, holding various position like cost controller, opex controller, pricing. Provided financial support in acquisition study as well. Moved to WW headquarter in Lexington, KY, USA in April 1999 to manage P&L, pricing, ebusiness, supply base management finance.
