I was responsible for both PR and marketing and was organizing local events and participation on international exhibitions for Xerox partners, media, and customers. I was involved in cooperative marketing with many technology partners and was offered a job at Adobe after a successful national seminar and exhibition tour.

Together with my team, I was then able to grow this segment from close to zero to a multi-million business for Xerox in Norway. In 1996 I was awarded both the "salesperson of the year" and "employee of the year" award for my contribution to establishing Xerox as the market leader for the segment in Norway.
