BIZ-EYES is the Top Pr/ Communication agency in VietNam with many big clients like Coca Cola, Mercedes, Prudential... And My responsibilities is to build new Biz-eyes's Business Unit (Performance marketing) and help them transform in Digital Age.

We have launched 3 Games (1 MMORPG, 1 Social Casino and 1 Strategy) in SEA market and have some good signals in User Acquisition, Ranking in Apple & Google play store. We encountered many difficulties when not understanding user behaviors and habits. But day by day we try many ways and learn from failure to get better result. Additional, We have built Internal Data Management Platform that connect with Facebook, Google, Appsflyer... to help our team report more quickly, depth-analysis and better optimization.The 1st partner in Vietnam who is invited to join F8 conference in San Francisco by Facebook.

Traffic Acquisition Department (TFA) was established to seek new users and assist the operation team in ensuring revenues and keeping current users engaging in most of products in VNG Corporation (Vietnam & Regional), which is one of the strategic channel and gains top sales of VNG Corporation. I, the leader of Social team in TFA, am responsible for planning, supervising and building game communities on Social channel to build brand and re-engagement users; to run Facebook Ads for increasing traffic of games and to provide training to my team. Normally, My team will run and operate for ~10-15 games (Vietnam & SEA market).Outcome: Facebook is the best top 3 channel providing ARPPU and seeking new NRUs (subject to each game) on the channels.

I was the Account Manager who was the contact point and had good communication with clients. I was responsible for planning, deploying and supervising projects. Our clients at that time included:- Häagen-Dazs Vietnam: Launching new stores and new Moon cake products Campaigns.- HFF (HCMC Football Federation): Being responsible for communication and online distribution for International Futsal Tournament 2013. Outcome: More than 2,500 tickets were sold within 12 days (225% KPI) and 95% revenue came from Facebook.- Pearson Vietnam, etc.

I was responsible for planning and executing for all digital projects. Our clients included:- Lenovo Vietnam: All of Lenovo Social campaign. Example: Celebration of ThinkPad 20th years, Launching Lenovo Ultrabook & Ideapad, Vietnam Dance Delight Vol1…- Vera & Wow, Thai Tuan silk: 3 big fashion brands in Vietnam
