Providing complete patient care and support for doctors or medical team to provide diagnostic & treatment, through the management of all Ancillary Clinical Services (ACS) which include Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Medical Rehabilitation, Dialysis, Cath Lab, Diagnostics, One Day Care, Out Patient Department & Medical Check Up. Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating operations – the quality management, policy and procedure, cost management and utilization management by continuous assessment and changes in processes to improve and ensure effectiveness of services.Member of Executive Team and participate in performance management, strategic planning, budgetary compliance & risk management.Established new inventory system to help reduce stock holding and increase stock turnoverEstablished new system for E-Prescription to improve turn around time, accuracy and operational expense

• Assist the Associate Director in managing 10 Supporting Services Department• Successfully establish and manage a new scheduling system in Pharmacy Department and reducing total overtime by 80%• Successfully establish and manage medication dispatching system and reducing medication return by more than 50%

• Successfully plan, execute and launch products across all hospitals to generate new patients and retain existing patients• Successfully establish and manage call center for appointment center

• Ensure the success of Gamma Knife Center Indonesia’s start up and operations including building a bunker for the Gamma Knife, establish an independent company, acquire permits and licenses for construction• Successfully manage the establishment of the new company including setting up the financial modules and legal entity
