• Ensure proper monthly payroll process, including employee compensation and benefit, claims, overtime and taxes.• Processed payment of annual bonuses (cash & shares) as well as retro payments based on annual performance review approvals. • Partners with incentive and finance team to processed payment of monthly/quarterly incentive for sales team.• Partners with all business finance in relation with staff cost that affect bank wide.• Partners with Senior Management on all compensation & benefit related projects (annual actuarial report, medical and life insurance, additional allowance, dplk, etc), • Creates policy and procedure documents for internal communication of eligible compensation and benefit plans and paid processed.• Participates in salary surveys to ensure and maintain competitive market data and internal equity.• Responsible for reconciliation of payroll general ledger pre and post payroll processed.• Effectively plan, maintain and manage HR budget. • Calculating, analyzing and preparing journal entries for any provision related to staff cost (allowance, annual bonus, deferred and non deferred share award, deferred cash award, post employment benefit, etc).• Connect with Global team for monthly update or around applying new project for payroll and benefit.• Supervises the Compensation and Benefit Officer position and all of its responsibilities.

• Maintain monthly payroll data collection, calculation and submission with timely manner.• Ensured compliance and timely reporting for monthly income tax reporting.• Maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.• Compile and checking employee attendance (overtime)• Maintained employee compensation and benefit data (overtime, medical & life insurance, dplk, etc)• Performing entries for pre and post payroll processed to payroll general ledger.• Prepare and calculate Social Security ( employment & health) monthly report and payment.• Calculate and review (eligibility, limit & monthly installment) for staff loan facility.
