Founder + Executive Director of Flatbush Cats, a nonprofit working to increase affordable access to veterinary care and prevent NYC animal shelters from being constantly overcrowded. Prior to this role I led strategy + comms planning at several ad agencies - helping consumer brands connect with people in a social / digital world that keeps changing. Flatbush Cats is my opportunity to put those strategy + storytelling skills to better use. To build a nonprofit that solves problems instead of treating symptoms. I joined full time in 2022. We opened our first high quality, high volume veterinary practice, Flatbush Vet, in 2023. We have a big vision and the audacity to create real structural change in animal welfare. Thanks to amazing donors and supporters from around the country, we'll continue to expand operations + impact with 20+ employees by the end of this year.
