Smoothness is my passion – in both internal processes as well as customer and user touchpoints.I thrive in a role where I lead digital customer and brand experience initiatives, empathise with users and consumers, cooperate with multi-disciplinary teams/designers/developers and facilitate various organisational perspectives.❇️ My strengths lie within Project and Stakeholder Management and Engagement.     I lead the concept and brand development and content creation while managing the digital educational package and interactive project launched on Yle.fi regarding the basics and ethics of AI, which we named "Älyä tekoälyä".I also researched the topic by interviewing professors, and created content in the form of videos and stories within the article.     By working with cross-functional and executive stakeholders I lead the development of Aiven’s holistic customer experience including creating a brand strategy, visual identity and messaging. While leading our designers, I co-operated tightly with our Product and UX team to ensure a consistent customer journey from our website to the service platform. UI designs and marketing materials were A/B tested and I facilitated workshops for both strategic and visual brand building components.I researched the market and customers to support our brand positioning work. I lead the Brand Team which consisted of both Graphic Designers and Event Managers. Therefore, I oversaw the development of our centralised external event management process and the organisation of all brand awareness-oriented events.
