• Business management in Administrative, Financial, Operations and Commercial areas, leading a team composed of six managers. • Active involvement in the company strategic plans development, building the first budget planning cycle with cost centers structure, goals and responsibilities assignments for the managers.• Implementation of several risk mitigation action plans such as contracts and labour relations reviewing, licenses and tax assessment, governance, process redefining, routine and project management model.

• Responsible for the financial reports, tax calculations, assets control related to the concession agrrement as well financial planning activities: Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, CAPEX expansion control, business plan cash flow to valuation and funding, project viability analysis and new business.• Governmental agencies relationship and public authorities concerned with the public concession regulation, in terms of economic – financial information.• Supporting information to the concession contract economic rebalancing claim.• Team developing, processes definition, tax framework and grant accounting model establishment in the start-up company period.• Involvement in the ERP SAP implementation (MM, CO and FI).• Tax benefit approval for the first stage of mandatory investments, as well successfully leading the reduction lawsuits of over service tax in two airport cities: Brasilia and Natal.• Leadership of zero-base budgeting project, getting 20% Opex saving, beside to be a milestone for perfomance management change and variable remuneration policy.• Qlik Sense Business Intelligence (BI) implementation: whole budget management automation (Revenues, Opex and Capex).

• Responsible for financial reports and tax calculations, financial and tax planning, profitability analysis, scenarios simulation for make or buy decisions.• FP&A and accounting areas improvement: insourcing of accounting services and developing activities of industrial costs and budget management.• Workflows, rules and procedures settlemented for management and internal controls.• Involvement in ERP TOTVS Logix system re-implementation: production order, cost integration to accounting.• Pricing strategy reviewing.• Monthly performance meetings with the directors and company partners.

• Costs area management of every plants and corporate FP&A area, responsible for the monthly accounting closing of industrial costs, physical inventories coordination, budget management and reporting.• Performance consolidation by different levels: BU, segments, markets, product lines, among others.• Reports and perfomance analysis meetings with managers, C-Level and Board.• Profitability analysis and new scenarios simulation for business decision such as make or buy, construction of new plants and import.• ERP integrated cost system roll-out at the Paraguay plant.• Zero-based budgeting (ZBB) project implementation for the Fixed Costs/SG&A expenses and Matrix Expenses Management methodology for controlling.• Variable Contribution Margin methodology implementation as main financial performance measurement.
