What did I learn?🤝HR Partnering: I discovered that while HR ensures legal compliance, the true value lies in partnering with leaders to drive positive organizational outcomes.🏙Mergers and Acquisitions: Supporting leaders and employees during transitions is crucial. A well-executed plan from HR can make all the difference.❤Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Global Mobility: Embracing diverse backgrounds enriches our understanding. What did I learn?🌎Global Project Management: Local HR perspective on global payroll project, time and attendance project (Kronos), implementation of the HR System (Workday), and the purchase-to-pay project (SAP SRM).⚖Finnish Labor Laws Expertise: especially explaining complex overtime and annual vacation rules to the global time and attendance project team, as well as Finnish people leaders and employees.🤓HR Automation: Excel Formulas Master, sometimes you need alternative ways to automate tasks.✨Biggest Accomplishment: Successfully implementing the global payroll project at country level.
