I took on additional responsibilities with macros and RPAs to leverage computing power and 24/7 availability to accomplish repetitive tasks. Experimenting with Excel macros and BOTs to capture opportunity costs previously spent on simple, repetitive tasks. Using Robotic Process Automation (RPAs) in UiPath, we are able to free up individuals across different businesses and regions to spend their time on higher value activities that involve creativity or complex problem solving. Data steward before, during, and after legal entity restructuring. Really escalated the speed of capturing business and system knowledge in the form of training documentation. To wrap it all up, I also started as a Power User for new CRM software.

With my experience as an avid Junior Golfer, I am able to cater to the needs of Piedmont's affluent clientele. The nuances of golf etiquette are a pleasure to witness on a daily basis. My close friend and Fraternity Brother, Freddie Weiss, was invaluable in my pursuit of this position.

My fundamental need to help others combines with my affinity for books in this delightful job. It is a pleasant drive or bike ride to work knowing that the atmosphere in the store is going to be lighthearted. am working part-time currently; learning from all the staff around me. There is always another member of the team willing to help me get a book into a customer's hands when I feel overwhelmed or befuddled.

I worked with AJ Harger to help all of those in need of a mortgage in the current economic climate. My opportunity in the business was twofold; I had the chance to assist people in achieving their dreams, and I learned about the process for my future purchase of a home. I placed myself in the company of intelligent, outgoing, and genuine people dedicated to help me start a new business. During my vigilant search for employment, I was presented with an opportunity to help a friend (Who wouldn't want to offer a hand?). I was presented the task of drafting measured drawings of an architect's personal retirement residence. This 5,000 s.f. dwelling was fortunately located in Alexandria, LA. I spent two sunny days of my Christmas vacation photographing, sketching, and measuring the house. Upon my return to Atlanta, I compiled all of the research for Mr. Carl Watson into a bundle. I composed scaled plans and elevations for printing, along with photographs labeled and organized for clarity. Should the cards fall fortunately, I will be the Consultant for the demolition and renovation process. This project was enlightening, and a phenomenal way to show my appreciation for all of the advice Carl has offered a fledgling Architect (me).

I was welcomed by an energetic staff that helped me develop as an aspiring Architect on a daily basis. My initiation commenced on the first day as Steve Markowitz recruited me to help complete the revisions on Lindmont Townhomes, which were directly across the street from my apartment. I felt proud to witness the brick coursing that I drafted being built. The original sections and elevations from which we worked with needed the attention of Steve's educated eye, and my nearly obsessive attention to detail.After picking up AutoCAD on the fly, I was asked to shift to the Riverdale Community Center project because of my experience with Revit BIM. I played with SketchUp to visualize the buildings, in particular the roof connections. I spent several Saturdays pouring my effort to assist the team in its quest to meet deadlines. It was entertaining to see everyone in their casual clothes after becoming so conditioned to their professional attire.I learned a ton in the 5 months that I had the pleasure of working their. I hope that the market will turn around, so that more of their visionary designs are realized in the built environment.

Under the watchful eyes of the crew, I was able to display what I studied in school, while learning on the fly as well. My first day involved constructing a Powerpoint presentation for a local planning proposal. As the summer progressed, I was able to work with nearly everyone in the office. Drafting in AutoCAD, designing layouts in Photoshop, building models, taking reconnaissance photography, and collecting measurements in the field were all welcomed as challenges to do a fine job. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent in the office because I was constantly involved.

With only a year's worth of undergraduate schooling under my belt, Mr. Bill Tudor hired me to observe the reality of the Architecture Profession. I assisted with reorganizing the library, picked up a few red-lines, and was excited to go on site visits. This was a great experience, and allowed me to take a summer course on Economics at LSUA.

Mr. Cal Moody graciously hired me as a Summer helper, so that I could begin to appreciate the inner workings of the built environment. I learned how to fabricate duct pieces with all the trimmings in the metal shop, and then installed them in the field. I quickly learned that cramped attics, stuffed with insulation in the sweltering heat of a Louisiana summer, are not the most pleasant places to work. When meeting anyone involved with construction, they all gave me funny looks, but appreciated that someone studying to be an Architect would do some manual labor. Other than learning about heating and cooling, the hours spent working with my hands strengthened my dexterity.Two summers later, I spent three weeks in New Orleans with Cal and his son Bill working on the First United Methodist Church. We gutted and retrofitted the mechanical room that was flooded in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
