As Lead Designer, I oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring each project upholds the highest standards of quality and creativity. I collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to fully understand their goals and translate them into meaningful solutions. In addition to leading design efforts, I actively mentor and guide a team of designers, offering constructive feedback and nurturing a collaborative, creative work environment.

Responsible for establishing creative direction, managing art direction and design throughout all project phases, including kickoff, concept, strategy, design and development for the club/hospitality industry including projects for Discovery Land Properties, Renaissance Hotels, Big Sky Resort, Pinehurst Resort.

Working within the Interactive team, I designed and developed innovative projects for The Creative Departments clients such as Macy's, Lexis Nexis, I-wireless, Busken Bakery, and Cincinnati Bell.

Concepting, design, and production work in the interactive team of hyperQUAKE, including projects for Rich Products, Proctor and Gamble, Charmin, and Welch’s.
