1. Develop new customer2. Provide quotation and DFM to the customer3. Work with the customer to optimize the part design4. Arrange the order and work with project engineer to finish the machining, tooling and molding job. 5. Contact the client from times to times to maintain the relationship.

1. Quotation Stage• Collect and check all enquiry information and client information.• Analyze the tolerances & part manufacturability; judge the forming method and look for the part material.• Calculate the cost of mold and molding parts including chrome plating, silkscreen printing, and other post finishing, and then create the quotation to client.• Track the quotes.• Contact the client from times to times to maintain the relationship. 2. Order confirmation• Subcontract the job or arrange the job in house.• Hand over the project information to the project engineer.• Hand over the client’s PO (if there is) and quotation to engineer assistant to create the invoice to the client.• Estimate the shipment cost for the production• Create formal molding quotation or ECN (tooling modification) quotation to client if required.• Update the part prices if there is any update from the customer.• Assist project engineer to proceed to the project.

Follow up new toy project, follow-up mold design and product design, communicate with the tool manufacturer, designer and the production dept., optimize products to ensure molding production runs smoothly; Follow up mold status by milestone, go to vendor check the tools before tool ship, check the tool status by each milestone, and give the comment production concern, make sure the tool clear the problem before production pilot start.
