To ensure the smooth and effective day to day operation of the company as far as security is concerned and always keep my Detachment Commander informed of incidents at all times.

* To answer Hotline phone during emergency calls inside the plant and coordinate to Emergency Response Team (ERT) for their activation during emergencies.*. Conduct Public Adress announcement as required during emergencies to ensure all employees, contingent workforce (CW) and visitors inside the building premises are informed, guided and updated during emergency events and or testing of any Life Saving Device.* Coordinate to Ambulance/Fire department response as directed by ERT Leader or OHN during emergency.* Contact and brief appropriate personnel in accordance with the response and escalation guided and report to the Security Manager.* To provides assistannce as directed and required.* Accomplishment of Incident report

* Prevention and deterrence of crime, * To enforce company rules and act to protect lives and property.* To perform arrest and control procedures, operate emergency equipment, perform first aid, CPR, take accurate notes, write detailed reports, and perform other tasks as required by the contractee we are serving.* To perform access control at building entrances and vehicle gates to ensure that employees and visitors have proper passes or identification before entering the facility. * To assist in any serious emergencies by guiding emergency responders incident, helping to redirect foot traffic to safe locations, and by documenting what happened on an incident report.* Routine patrols in areas that have been decided by the leadership. * To keep a log and report anything suspicious, along with the day and time.

• To efficiently supervise, manage and train the security personnel in all security drills and function, include rostering, managing and responsible for producing working assignment instructions and the introduction and implementation of standard operating procedures• To carryout Health & Safety compliance and produce risk assessments and reports of continual Health & Safety violations• Responsible for following the procedures and recording incidents in the sites, to include Accident reporting, Health & Safety incidents, Equipment failures etc.• Implements and interprets policies and procedures developed by higher level managers or supervisors. Assist in developing, recommending, and coordinating the implementation of new procedures for the assigned functions or unit.• To act as Liaison between the Security Unit, Administration and External organizations to ensure that the site remains secure. • Maintain Liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station and nearest Hospital during emergency situation. • Attend meetings of the management of the company as Security Rep. • Inspect the log of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of my duty and at the end of his duty. • Be totally accountable for all eventualities in my Security Unit.
