Job Details:(1) Material Procurement:- To make purchasing specification sheet of the steel material dfor hull structure and outfitting.- To issue MRS (Material Requirement Sheet) of the paint material.- To issue BOM (Bill of Material)(2) Drawing jobs:- To make 3D model of hull structure according to hull construction drawing provided by Yeongdo shipyard- To make block assembly drawing including information of hull outfitting installation and penetration hole.- To make cutting plan and bending information for piece production- To handle steel material and paint material- To distribute yard drawings to relevant team.- To follow up the relevant problem of the distributed drawings.- To settle comments issued by site owners or class surveyors and report to Yeongdo design office.- To handle production problem and report to Yeongdo shipyard.- Making of Revision and Repair Drawing(3) Other technical Jobs:- Rule and regulation study, Keep-up with revision- Activity for improving productivity, workability and cost saving- Analysis and report of complete project in aspect of design- Maintenance of the standard practice, technical data and catalogue- Manage design schedule and workload- Educate new staff on yard standard practices and rules as based on IACS and IMO regulations.
