This past summer I interned at Moss & Associates in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where I acquired a solid understanding of construction law by delving into various aspects such as contract drafting and review, navigating building codes and regulations, and gaining insights into the complexities of construction-related litigation. Through thorough legal research, I also improved my ability to navigate different legal databases and effectively find and consolidate pertinent legal information for case preparation. My internship as an undergraduate legal intern at a top-tier construction firm has been instrumental in shaping my future legal aspirations. It provided me with practical skills and a deep understanding of the legal dynamics within the construction industry.

I was a legal intern for a law firm, in the summer of 2022, performing research and preparing medical chronologies and deposition summaries. A formal, legal environment was entirely foreign to me; I had to ask questions, observe, and adapt to the preferred writing style in order to become beneficial to the law firm. This challenge fueled my desire to pursue a career as a litigator attorney.
