Maintaining the report of entire team and producing the same to Management. 2.Client Co-ordination for the process. 3.Downloading the charge sheet and face sheet assigning to the team.4.Entering the charges and submitting the claims within the TAT.5.Working along with the Clearing house and resolving the rejected claims within 48 hrs.6.Assigning payments to the team and tracking the daily receivables from the insurance and from the patient.7.Low Paid , Over Paid , withhold and offset payments addressing and resolving on the daily basis and sending the reports to client if there any refunds to be made from the practice.8.Closing Daily payments and charges and sending the completion reports to the Clients and also to my senior managers9.Tracking the Denials on the daily basis and reducing the denials by analyzing and sorting down the issues to improve the collections.10.Tracking the Correspondence from the patients and also from the insurance taking necessary actions related to the letters and also making calls.11.Taking Care on End-to-End process of Emergency practice for Pre-Insurance Verification, Patient Demographics, Charge Entry, Claim creation and Submission to Clearing Houses, Cash Posting andSpecialties:• Chiropractic• Physical & Occupational Therapy• Mental/Psychiatric Service• Radiology• Family Practice• Dermatology.
