While continuing to utilize all the same skills and deliver the same services associated with my previous role as an Interactive Designer I, during this time I also took on a new title and new responsibilities.• Delivered search engine optimization (SEO) services such as audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, copywriting, and more• Created two new training services for clients—Information Architecture 101 and Search Engine Optimization 101• Conducted countless client-facing training sessions and webinars• Created and conducted presentations at annual user conferences for large audiences• Conferred with clients to identify website analytics goals, and deployed custom tracking tags using Google Tag Manager• Assisted with sales calls when knowledge of a specialist was required• Performed SEO for Blackbaud sales website

• Utilized extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS to design and build websites in the Blackbaud School Website CMS• Lead multi-hour (sometimes 3+) design and consulting sessions with client teams via video conference• Incorporated customer feedback by making CSS changes on the fly during design sessions conducted via video conference• Audited information architecture on client websites, provided consulting, and when necessary, assisted with the restructuring of website navigations
