• Provide support for maintenance and repair of Elevated Transfer Vehicles, Automatic Storage and Retrieval System, Large X-Ray Machines, Cargo Conveyors, Battery Operated Equipment, Large Fridge Rooms, Automatic Shuttle Doors, Cargo Conveyors, Deep Cycle Lead Acid Batteries, Battery Chargers, Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Weighing Machines, Compressors, Truck Docks and Winch.• Provide trouble shooting, error/fault reset and monitor SCADA of all systems (Conveyors, ALS, ASRS and Truck Docks).• Provide support and repair of mechanical works like metal fabrications, welding, painting, lubrication of all equipment.• Perform scheduled maintenance activities as per set standards (includes manufacturer’s recommendation, ISO certification requirements, safety standards and All Legal & Regulatory requirements) on the various equipment/vehicles and plants to ensure reliable/optimum utilization of the same.• Diagnose and repair faults/defects effectively on equipment/vehicles and plant under breakdown ensuring that down time is minimized.• Checking all equipment daily for operational reliability & safety, to help plan for corrective maintenance and to prevent accidents in the work area.• Continuously suggest and implement modifications on the equipment’s/vehicles based on the required approvals from manufacturers & higher authorities to reduce maintenance costs and improve performance & safety of the same. • Ensure that standard safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities to prevent any personal injury or equipment damage.• Ensure that all work-related activities carried out during the shift are recorded in the log book/work order to help planning staff log the details of work done in the Maintenance Management System.• Checking any spare parts & tools that are needed to ensure timely completion of any maintenance works.• Guide and train the Junior Technician as required on the maintenance aspects of all equipment/vehicles and plants.

• Provide in Servicing, Repairing, Maintenance and manage spare parts of all Power Plant Equipment such as Oil Filtration Machine, Inverters and all Diesel/Gasoline Generator Sets (5 KVA-800 KVA) using in the substation sites around the UAE.• Provide support for testing and troubleshooting of deep cycle batteries in substation and power plants.• Provide 24/7 service of all site diesel and gasoline generators.• Support site engineers and managers relocation of equipment and machines.

• Maintenance and repair of diesel and gasoline generators, compactors, drill machines, grinders, welding machine, bending machines and all tools using in the contraction area.• Provide replacing of faulty halogen light for all tower cranes using in the site.• Installation of electronic/electrical wirings, circuit breakers, outlet extensions, transformers and lightings.• In charge and lead MEP technicians, assign team workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors, bending machines etc.• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wirings.• Provide assistance during emergencies by operating mobile spotlights and generators. • Determines needed material, equipment, and supplies for the installation.

• Repairing and servicing variety of home appliances such as LG, TCL, (GE/Ariston/Daewoo), Samsung, JVC, Phillips, Midea Exsol, Hyundai electronics and Magic sing Products.• Installation and repair of Air conditioning units (Split and window type air conditioner units)• Completing paper work such as rebates, encoding data, segregating hard copy of invoice and service reports.• Request parts, monitor/logging parts arriving and regularly follow up other parts.• Continuously suggest improvement of service center system to optimize the service operation.• Maintain and collect daily log and service report from technicians and gather information on faulty products and systems for necessary action.• Making variety of excel forms for check lists, service requests/reports, unit information of inside/outside warranty units etc.• Log all customer call and schedule for checkup service and for pick up. • Maintain data service requests/reports to track service operations and close completed orders.• Maintain and update a variety of records and hard copy that include Service Manuals, PO, Service Rebates forms, paid checks and Service Reports.• Maintain inventory of spare parts and follow up parts orders to Central Service Center.• Perform and conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure proper enactment of service.• Attend meetings and seminars regarding technical support.
