Focusing on the delivery of efficient, cost-effective, value added support and solutions to enable Gibson to achieve its strategic objectives, led Gibson's administrative functions (approx. 90 person team) including Sustainability/ESG; Environment & Regulatory, Health & Safety; Information Technology; Human Resources; Legal, Government Relations; Stakeholder Engagement; Communications (Internal/External); Community Investment; Supply Chain Management; Process Improvement & Change Management; Indigenous Relations; Industry Advocacy; Information Management; Land Management, and Facilities Management managing $25M+ annual budget to provide services to approx. 550 employees across Canada and US.

Led commercial / business development team and cross organizational efforts to identify, develop and successfully execute on various business growth opportunities (most of which were anchored with long-term/take or pay contracts) resulting in 1) over 3 million barrels of new tank capital projects; 2) sustained increase of tens of millions in annual EBITDA, 3) increased strategic inbound and outbound pipeline optionality increasing competitive advantages of assets, and 4) development of strategic partnerships to drive business expansion into new business lines and enhance core business.

More specifically, the mandate includes CEO and other targeted executive hires, assessment, total rewards and succession planning.
