I am a corporate attorney in the Business and Tax group in the San Francisco office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. My practice focuses primarily on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and private equity sponsors in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. I assist clients in matters including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts, both debt and equity financings including venture capital financings from seed through growth stage, securities, and general corporate governance. My clients trailblaze in a broad spectrum of industries including food and beverage, artificial intelligence, SaaS, healthcare and digital health, and life sciences.I am actively engaged in community building and currently serve as the Young Lawyers Co-Chair of the Charles Houston Bar Association – the largest Black bar association in Northern California. Outside of the law, I am an avid soccer referee and enjoy cooking new recipes.
